PRINCIPAL MRS. SHELLEY TIEDEMAN
Originally from Colorado, I have made Belton my home, where I serve as the Principal at Mill Creek Upper Elementary. I'm happily married to another educator and proud to be part of a community where my two children are also students in the district. My passion for education extends beyond my professional role; I'm a dedicated community supporter and find immense joy in teaching and interacting with the positive, life-changing educators around me. My family and I are deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and inspiring educational environment in Belton.
Assistant Principal Mr. Chad Rourk
Mr. Rourk has been in education for eleven years. He began his career teaching high school health and physical education at Seymour High School. He then served as athletic director and k-8 physical educator at St. Gerald Catholic School. He taught middle school physical education in Omaha Public Schools. Most recently he served as Nevada High School Assistant Principal.
